Q-launch (Quick-Launch) is a small tool for the Windows Desktop. It is based on Delphi and is developed to support shortcuts to programs.

Q-launch was made as a small tool based application, and is intended for private use only.

As an experiment without further funding, Q-launch did not evolve into a full scale product. However, we wanted to share it with others interested in the deploying this tool and adapting it to newer Windows versions.
